Are there any current Tri-C RN students who would be willing to let me PM them with a billion and a half questions? I have so many and I don't know any current students to bombard It would be much appreciated!!
I am in Tri-C's accelerated RN program. I have finished 1300/1450 and 1600/1750. I will be taking 2400/2500 in the spring and will take 2300 in the summer. I have not finished the program yet but you can ask me whatever you want and I will do my best to answer. Feel free to PM me.

foreverLaur I got your PM. I did not realize that I am not allowed to PM you back. I have not posted enough yet. I didn't realize that this site regulated that. I can answer some of your questions but there are a few that I don't know. Would it be ok if we exchanged emails? Don't feel obligated. If you would prefer not, then give me a few days to respond to some more threads so I can get my number of posts up. Sorry.

I sent you another PM Sadly, we're not allowed to exchange e-mails on this forum, but I think the PM should resolve the issue.

How is the entrance test to get into the RN program at tri c? I have to schedule my test and after I get results, I can apply to the program.. I was just wondering who has taken it and how it was?

Also, when I went to schedule the test, I searched for openings in the next 3 months and nothing came up.. has anyone else had to wait this long just to take the entrance test?

I'd expand your search area. It should be offered at least 5 days a week and they said you should be able to get in quickly to take it.

I've not taken the A2 but you only are required to take the reading comprehension and math sections so I wouldn't imagine they are too difficult if you properly prepare.

Yeah, when I searched for available openings some came up... but when I actually went to schedule the exam it said there was nothing available. So I'm not sure.. I'll have to call I guess. Maybe it's a glitch with the website or something.
    Thanks for replying!

Let me know what you find out! They led me to believe I would be able to take the exam within a week!! It would be nice to know if I'll have to schedule way out! That will def change my plans.

For sure, I'll definitely let you know, I'll probably call tomorrow. It would mess up my plans also.. I plan on starting the program this fall but if I have to take awhile to take my test... then the program will be filled for sure. Plus, I believe we have to wait 6-8 weeks for the college to even get our results... then we can apply for the program.
