Cincinnati is around $21-$22/hr, night shift usually pays a $4 shift dif though. No sign-on bonuses here, too many nursing schools and it's really hard to get a job as a new grad too! Just be thankful to have a job :0)
Good luck, and just keep moving up the food chain!

Just curious, are you working at University? I just got a job there, and this sounds just about what my pay will be.

Hi, new grad here also! I started orientation last week, and new grad RN's here (about an hour west of Cleveland) start off at $24.19 base rate.

No, I used to work at Mercy but that range seems to be the avg here amongst all my nurse friends who work at various different hospitals in the area.

Just curious, did you like working at Mercy? I had a couple of interviews with them (Anderson and Fairfield) but I decided to go with University.

In downtown Columbus you can expect $23/hr or so + shift differential. If you work at OSU, they have absolutely amazing benefits as well.
