searching for an angel

hi all..i`m searching for a rn that helped me once a very long time ago.i would like to send her a message to tell her how things turned out as to my accident and nurseing school graduation.if not for her ,i would not have made it this far.last i heard she was working as a rn for the ford factory near north ridgeville,ohio.can anyone help ? i do know she is married to a postal worker.
