A friend of mine, an RN with about 15 years experience (associates) in Northeast Ohio is trying to get her foot in the door.
The problem is, she's been in mostly LTC for most of her experience. She did some Hospice work at one point.
Anyways.. Does anyone here have any suggestions for ways that I could suggest to her to improve her chances of getting hired? She's applied at hospitals, gets interviews and they always want someone with more experience.
Do you think taking some classes or something? She's a great nurse, with great experience.. it's just so competative anymore with nursing..
Thanks in Advance
