i am taking my nclex exam after few months so doing my best to pass. i am in f2(dependent visa) status. can i work in hospital of ohio. i heard that hospital must sponsor me for my h1-b visa status, are they sponsoring new nurses?

any body with good knowledge of h1-b and visa for nursing in ohio state, please suggest me.
