    I think it also depends on what position in HH your looking for ... STNA vs LPN vs RN ... kind of thing. But I think it's about the same as everything else in the area. There seems to be alot of job postings for it, but I don't know about the actual hiring ratio.

    Overall I think our area has a good employment rate in Healthcare in general ... you just have to be willing to work in the areas needed ... don't hold out for the dream job.

    My understanding is that the greatest demand is for home health aides to assist with ADLs, meal prep and light housekeeping, the need seems
    to be consistent. I believe most agencies require STNA cert.

    My BFF is working up there as an HH RN and she LOVES it. She's got a good schedule and the pay is pretty good too!
