    Hi there!! I am an experienced (over 2 yrs) Psychiatric Nurse moving to the Dayton area sometime in the immediate future. I see there are plenty of jobs to be had, but of course they are always hush-hush about what they are willing to pay you. Can anybody out there tell me a rough estimate of what I can expect to make in that area? I'm looking at Psych hospitals, Medical Centers that offer Psych care as a service and also agency Nursing so that I can be at home more with my kids. Thanks!!

    A friend of mine (new grad), started out @ $23.00/hr. approximately 6 months ago, in the Dayton area. I hope that helps.
