Dayton Nursing Jobs

Anyone know how the job outlook for new (just under 1 year exp) nurses is in Dayton. I was looking at the Kettering Network and Premier Network online, it seems like there are a number of postings. Looking at previous posts, it seems like salaries start at 22/hour, any idea if this is still the case or if it has increased or decreased? Also, are any of these places giving sign on bonuses?
