Cleveland Clinic Hospitals

U.S.A. Ohio

Has anyone worked for any of the Cleveland Clinic-affiliated hospitals: Lakewood, Euclid, Huron, Marymount, Hillcrest, Fairview?

What's their reputation like?

Would you recommend working there?

Is it a good learning environment for new grads?

Any info would be helpful!

I have never worked in a Cleveland Clinic hospital, but I do have an interview at Hillcrest next Wednesday for a nursing assistant position in the NICU (so excited!!) but I can say that I've heard nothing but great things about all the local hospitals.

I take my mom up to the main campus every other week for chemo, and everyone there is so nice and very helpful and all the nurses that I've talked to are very happy to be working there. Out of the three major hospital systems in northeast ohio, I believe the Cleveland Clinic to be the best.

I've also heard that the main campus seems to hire lots of new grads and offers positions especially for them. You should definitely look into it.
