    Hello,
    I did not pass the NCLEX exam for OH BON. I am going to re-register. My question is: Do I have to apply again to BCI for criminal checks and sent again the transcripts??

    Nope, you just reregister for the exam as far as I know. I think there is some sort of waiting period before you can retake the exam.

    The only time you need to resubmit the entire application is if one year from when the board processed your application passes and you still haven't passed the exam.
