Were you able to get any of your questions answered? There are many opportunities to be an RN abroad. One of my instructors was an RN in Saudi Arabia for 2 years. She signes a contract, and they provided her housing (and a driver/car since women weren't allowed to drive over there) ...anyways, she says any level RN is applicable (ADN, BSN) and that you don't need to speak the native language b/c interpreters are available.
There's some big hospital corporation that has placements all over the globe. I don't recall what it's called.
