Toledo Hospital PICU

Throwing out a long shot here...are there any TCH PICU (or general peds floor) nurses on these boards?

My son had a long stay in the PICU in March/April. Life has since been great, but super busy, and I have never gotten around to writing and sending the Thank You note I have been scripting in my head since our second week in the hospital.

If any of you are reading, I wanted you to know that it is in part thanks to the amazing care that you provided for our son (not to mention how wonderful everyone was to our entire family!) that I have taken the plunge and begin school next week! I'm sure it won't happen right out of school, but my goal is to work in pediatrics someday - specifically the PICU or NICU. I am seeking a Nurse Mentor now...and would be absolutely honored to have any of the wonderful nurses from that unit willing to guide me. So...if you are here...please send me a note!
