stay at uc raymond walters or apply to christ college

uc rwc has a 2 year waiting list but the program is approved by the NLN and OBN, while christ college of nursing is only approved by the OBN if i get into christ i will be done before i even start the clininals at raymond walters college? in the end does it really matter how they are accreditted when it comes to being hired? i plan on getting my bsn and maybe my msn..
