Re: St. Elizabeth Medical Center
What exactly are you looking for in a hospital or what type of nsg are you interested in (i.e. cardiovasc, ICU, transplant, emergency, etc.)? I don't work at St E's, nor have I had clinicals in their hospital (except for a brief stint in their cardiac rehab outpatient), but I know they're Magnet so nursing should be pretty decent. However, a classmate I graduated with (who lives in NKy) started out there for a few months only to dislike her unit and start working at Good Sam (much further from her house). Not that you wouldn't have a good experience but think about what areas you would really like to go into and maybe request a hospital that has a pretty good reputation in that area.
