Reputation of Columbus Hospitals?

Can anyone tell me anything they know about any of the hospitals in Columbus (OSU Med Center, Grant, Riverside, and any others)?

Do they mostly have a positive reputation? Good/bad staffing ratios? Good benefits/starting pay? Good Internship or Orientation programs?

I'll be graduating in Nov but haven't been able to gather many opinions about these hospitals...I've been doing my own research but I also want some insider information.
