Relocating to eastern Ohio- Which hospital to work at?

My husband and I will be relocating to the eastern Ohio region in the early spring. I have a contract with the hospital system I am currently with until the beginning of April of 2009 so I will not be able to start until then anyways. My husband will be working at the Akron-Canton airport, so I would be looking in to any hospitals between cleveland and canton.

So my questions are:

Which hospitals are good to work for and which should I avoid (and why?)

Which hospitals have Neuro ICUs? (my love, my specialty)

How is the pay/ benefits/ parking at these hospitals?

Any feedback would be so incredible!! Thank you all in advance!
