Public Health Nursing jobs in Ohio

Hey, I was hoping for some guidance from anyone who has some ideas for me. I live in the Cleveland area and am currently working med-surg...and miserable. I graduated in May 2007 and have been doing my current job since July. I still am unhappy and I know my real passion is public health nursing.....but where do I find these jobs? Any help would really be appreciated. Thanks.
