PA rate for LPN in LTC in notheasternOH/Northwestern PA border

by iwanna

I am an LPN returning to nursing. I have five years of experience in behavioral health, and one yr. in geri-psych. I was out of nursing for almost five years and have just completed a refresher course. I was thinking that average starting wage or LTC in this area would be about $16-18 an hr. Can anyone help me out here with asking starting rate?
