Northeast Ohio New grads and RN's-job searching

Hello everyone!
I am new to the Cleveland area and like many new grads in this tough economy, I am having trouble finding a job. I have applied numerous times to various hospitals in the area, such as CC and any hospital affiliated with CC. However, my application has been consistenly denied. Therefore, I was wondering how new grads were able to become hired and if any experienced RNs could offer advice as to how to apply in a more effective manner. I was also wondering which hospitals are more recommendable for new grads to start? Thanks everyone!
