New Grad PRN Rate? AkronCleveland area

Hi All-
I am going to be finishing up my ADN in late summer and am going to be looking for hopefully an ED PRN job. I have worked full-time at a Fire Department for 16 years as a Fire/Medic and would really enjoy working 1-2 12 hour shifts a week. I eventually want to be at Level 1 trauma center but am not sure if a new grad can end up there. My question is, does anyone have a ballpark figure on starting pay for new grad RN's that don't need any benefits? I would like to work in the Akron Cleveland area.
Any info would be helpful
Thanks!!!

with you being fresh out of school I doubt that they will allow you to start out at PRN.Normally 1 year of experience before that starts.
