moving to columbus area

I will be moving to the columbus area in the near future. Can anyone tell me the best places to apply. I'm a LPN with 2 years exp. in a nursing home and 4 years exp. in ped. home health care with 1 year vent. exp. and 2 years trache exp. I didn't like the nursing home much and I love doing home health care, but i'm worried about trying to drive around doing visits in a new and big city not really being familiar with the area. Also, could anyone tell me what kind of wages is typical for that area.
