LPN to RN w/o 1 yr experience?

Hello all!! After hrs and hrs of research (mostly a waste of time) I am asking some1 to please help me.. I have been a Paramedic for 7 yrs and just finished my first semester of LPN school. My problem is that I can't seem to find an LPN-RN program that will take students without a year of experience.. I have a great job now that allows me to study at work and don't wanna be forced to work as an LPN for a year.. Does anyone know of a non-online school that takes immediate LPN grads??
