LPN to RN, ADN to BSN

Hi everyone! I am currently looking into nursing programs in the Cincinnati area. Ultimately, I would like to receive my BSN (or higher) so that I can work in a research or public health field. I was wondering if anyone was familiar with RN to BSN programs, or even an LPN to BSN program in the area? I would like to receive my LPN or RN (ADN) first so that I can start working and support my family, and then pursue my BSN afterward. Any advice would be helpful, I have just recently started meeting with advisors and going to information sessions about various schools. Thanks ahead of time
