Looking for info on Cincinnati hospitals

I've been a RN for four years doing homehealth. I'm considering working in a hospital and was wondering if anyone had any info on what hospitals in the Cincinnati area are offering bonus incentives and what their payrate is. Was also looking for any insight on where people work and what likes/dislikes they have at their place of employment. Any and all info is much appreciated! Thanks in advance!
