Help with Tuition

Hey Everybody!! Can anyone PLEASE help me?!! I just found out that I will owe over $3000 my last semester of school, plus I have to buy books and pay for graduation. I have exhausted all fianancial aid and loan options through the government. My credit is not good right now and I have been applying and getting turned down for private loans. I even had my dad co-sign for me and was still turned down, I am thinking because he is retired. I am 33 and don't know what to do. I am a single mom and had to cut my hours at work to accommodate school. Does anyone know where I can get a loan without a co-signer and not that great credit? Please Help!!!!!
