Hey....I can not find information anywhere that will help me! I am getting married this weekend and have no idea how to change my name on my nursing license afterwards? I live in ohio and have already renewed my license so I just need to change my last name. Any help!?!?!

Would'nt you got to the Ohio Board of Nursing? That is who issues your license right, so im sure they have some type of from for your situation. Good luck
