Help needed with choosing a Cincy Hospital

I am a new RN grad and will be moving to Cincy in about a month. I have been talking with several hospitals and I am looking for some more first hand input. The hospitals that I have talked with are DRAKE, UNIVERSITY, MERCY-ANDERSON, GOOD SAM AND JEWISH. Any and all info that would help a new grad make a decision will be appreciated. I would like to know about how well they train, how well they will work with your schedule, weekend schedules, pay, bonuses, charting (computerized?) and really anything that one should know if they aren't very familiar with the hospitals in Cincinnati. Thanks in advance!
