Is it hard to get a job if you only have ADN?

Just wondering. Someone told me that Ohio hospitals like to hire mainly BSNs. I Just wanted to make sure before I go about applying and contacting hospitals. I just have my ADN and I don't plan on going back to school anytime soon.

not at all.....most hospitals are happy to take what they can get,,,RN is an RN.......not alot of difference so cal around and check...for some positions they would like for you to have a BSN but it is not always required

I graduated on a Tuesday and had a job offer the following Monday. I have an Associates Degree. When it comes to bedside nursing, an RN is an RN. Good luck on your job search.
