Graduation to NCLEX time frame

Hi. I am from out of state and I will be working at CCF. My question is how long did it take to get the permission to test once you graduated? I am tentatively scheduled to start at CCF at the end of July, but I need to take and pass my boards before then. Anyone have any idea if this is feasible? Thanks so much!
