fulltime Cleveland Clinic hours?

I have a question--main campus, full time nights.

It is 3 12s or is is 3 12s one week, 4 12 the next?

I haven't heard of 3 12's one week and 4 the next. From my experience you either do three 12's or two 8's and two 12's. I think most floors you probably have to start out with 2 8's and 2 12's.
