fingerprinting??

I paid 75.00 for my electronic Fbi and bci? fingerprints to be sent to the Ohio bon to get a lic by endorsement---on saturday I get a packet in the mail from the board with the manual ink type of fingerprint cards...the cost for those is soemthing like 34 for fbi and 28 for bci.

I have called 3x to the board with no return call. Why do i have to do both---has any one else had to do this. Does any one know about this? If the digital electronic ones sent---I know they did, because the new hosp I am going to work for said they got thier copies, then why do I have to do the manual ink ones??

I did ask HR and they said the electronic ones should be fine, in fact they thought that was the ONLY way the ohio bon accepted fingerprints now...I will look online for an email address.

I also did not think that ink prints were accepted anymore and it really doesn't make sense why you would need both. I would keep trying to contact them...good luck!

I got ahold of the board--they said all out of state applicants automatically get sent the ink cards---as there is a clause if you are out of state you DO NOT have to get the electronic ones done....Didnt know that. So I am good. Thanks
