Entry-level salaries in Ohio????

For BSN, I heard Akron Children's starts at 21.90. I have heard conflicting things about Akron General and Akron City being somewhere between 21 and 23. Not sure about the others.

You do make more in Cleveland (about 23.50 - 24 for BSN) but cost of living is higher if you live there unless you commute from somewhere more south, like around the Stow, Cuyahoga Falls area but then thats a long haul with tons of construction and the cost of gas!
