Corrections Nursing Pay

Hello.
First of all, Thanks for viewing the thread.
I am thinking about exploring the Idea of a correctional nurse position, however, would like to have some idea of some starting wages for RN's in correctional facilities. Also, any major advantages or disadvantages with a career in corrections.
