Did you mean VA?? If you did, you can go to USA Jobs or VAcareers.com and find out about benefits.

Hi Second,
I have no personal knowledge of the visiting nurses program there, but I am sure it is just another form of home health. I would be apprehensive about some of the areas you would go into. I am sure two years of med/surg experience would be a good base to build on for this job. Good luck.
