Cleveland Clinic?

Happy New Year to all nurses, and students as well!!!

I have been considering applying at Cleveland Clinic. Are there currently any RN's employed at Cleveland Clinic, who wouldn't mind sharing your employment satisfaction with me?

I am especially interested in nurse-patient ratio, overall job satisfaction, nurse governance, what difference Magnet status means, salary increases (annual vs semi-annual), etc. Any information would be greatly appreciated!
