Cincinnati Children's RN Residency?

hi there! i am actually a new grad waiting to start the RN residency at Cincinnati Childrens. The policy there is that you have to successfully pass the NCLEX before you can start the residency, so I am waiting to take it so i might not be as helpful about the specifics about the actual residency program quite yet.

the best advice i can give you is to apply as early as you can. if you graduate in may i would advise applying in november or december because it is fairly competitive based on the fact that so many new grads want to work at CCHMC and there are limited spots in the residency and on units for new grads. if you have other questions, feel free to email me and i would be happy to try to help!
