Central Ohio LPN'S

Does anyone know anything about the Convalarium and how much they pay? I have a connection to where I can possibly get a job there but I also am waiting for my reference check to come back from another place that starts out at 18.25 plus they are going to give me 2 weeks preceptorship. I don't want to pass up the smaller facility with higher pay for a larger facility with lower pay and I dont know how long of a preceptorship. I have been at the job search here in Columbus for easily 3 months looking for graduate nurse positions and now LPN positions and I'm not having a lot of luck. Someone please give me any info that you might know.
