Bohecker loses their accreditation?

by clw1012

I have had 2 nursing students in the past 2 days tell me that they went to Bohecker for pre-req's and now find out their credits won't transfer to Mt. Carmel School of Nursing due to Bohecker losing their accreditation. Has anyone else heard this?

Yes, I heard that from a girl I'm in nursing school with now. I don't know all the details, but she was highly upset with her experience with Bohecker. I have heard many bad things about them.

From what I've gathered if a school isn't accredited by the NLN then most credits won't transfer. The BON doesn't mean anything in terms of credits transfering, it only means you can sit for the nursing exam. I don't think Bohecker was accredited by the NLN, only the BON.
