basic dysrhythmia certification online?

Hello All,
I was wondering if anyone has had any success with trying to find an online or real world basic dysrhythmia certification course? I am in Cincinnati (North).
I work in a cardiology clinic and they need me to have one ASAP, or within the month but they wont be paying for it or helping me find it..

..oh well.
Please if any one has any info do let me know!
