any STNA's from nw ohio? please, please, please help

Approximately how long did it take any of you to find a position? I have absolutely no related experience and have been out of the workforce for quite some time now but I did just recently pass my state test. I have been applying and following up on leads everywhere I can find and no one is calling for interviews. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can find anything? I'm running into serious financial problems lately and could really use some help. Thanks
