Akron General, Summa Health, Mercy Medical Center

Hello everyone... I will be relocating to Northeast Ohio in a couple of months and I would appreciate it very much if anyone could give me any feedback on these hospitals: Akron General Medical Center, Summa Health Center, and Mercy Medical Center. I am applying in their respective critical care units and would like to know the current work conditions and benefits they offer. Thanks a lot in advance!!!
