agency work in Cleveland

I have been google-ing for about an hour now, and I can't seem to find any nursing agencies in the Cleveland area... maybe I'm not searching with the right wording or something, but any way, I thought I'd ask here.

Does anyone here work PRN for an agency?? If so what one(s)?? I am thinking about picking up an extra day here and there to make some extra cash. My floor at work seems to be canceling a lot of our OT, so I thought agency work would be good.

Thanks for any help anyone can give!!

Try nursefinders.com, I've heard good things about them.

As the economy has faltered agency work in Cleveland has become all but non-existent as the Clinic and University hospitals have cancelled all contracts and are handling their agency needs in house. I currently work for the Cleveland Clinic in their in-house agency. With them you are a Clinic employee but can go to any of their hospitals just like an outside agency. Their pay rates are comparable to the outside agencies. They do not advertise but are looking for experienced RN's. Email me at Jason@Quallich.com if you would like to know how to contact them.

Thanks for the info about CCAR. I too work at the Clinic, and my unit uses quite a few employee's from the CCAR weekly. I have thought about joining this group, but since you do not get benefits, I cannot afford to. I have to carry benefits.

Thanks to everyone else that has also suggested agencies. I'll look into them!
