If you graduate from a non-accredited school, but still pass your state boards, is your degree worthless?

I don't think your degree is worthless, it is just harder to find a job. Itt is not a credited nursing program and the hospitals in our area will not hire you.

For some hospitals, it may be difficult to land a job, for some it won't. But if you intend to pursue an advanced nursing degree later down the line, it could prove problematic as you must be a graduate from a CCNE or NLNAC accredited institution...
