Info on exercise & accident prevention

I am trying to justify having my company institute a program of exercise, stretching, and fitness for our aircraft assemblers in order to reduce the injury rate. If anyone has any studies or information which could assist me I would be very grateful. Please send to Janella at the following email address since my system is down at the moment: dmfall@leaco.net Thank You.

Janella,

Two sources that may help are Physical Activity and Health: A Report of the Surgeon General [http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/sgr/ataglan.htm] and the CDC's National Center for Injury Prevention.
