thinking about changing my direction in nursing and really interested in occupational health nursing. been looking at job ads and they all want experience 3-5 yrs. how do i break in??. thinking of getting my bachelors and is there a masters or any special certs in occ hlth nursing. is the pay good or competitive??? any body got suggestions.
