Has anyone else ever taken care of Ms. Angel Dust? She's delivered in a couple of the hospitals I worked at over the years...

LOL! Must be a product of the 60's...

Whenever I think of this, I'm ROTFLMAO about the name of Giovanni Turnipseed. I think Mom was very Italian, and Dad was American Indian. He has every right to his name, but every now and then, we ALL need a laugh (I hate to think at the expense of another, but...). I'm sorry Giovanni, if I'm picking on you, but by now, you're probably 20 or so and can deal with name calling!

You never know what parents are thinking!!! These are two I heard when they were grown:
1. Minnie Davenport (nicknamed "Loveseat")
2. William Wallet (nicknamed "Billy Billfold")
I also knew a girl who was named Shannon Shanyn (first and middle)...then...she married a man whose last name was.....you guessed it...Shannon!!! Making her Shannon Shanyn Shannon!!! Poor girl got hassled everytime she needed to tell anyone her name!!

Anyone from West Texas will appreciate this one. Some of you may even know him. We have a doctor named Dusty Weathers. Not sure if his mother named him that but that is the name he practices under!

Gal from Micronesia (island near Polinesia - ?spelling) had a 2 yo running around the BR during her delivery named Action. I don't know what that means in her language, but in ours... the shoe fit!

these are priceless....some make me laugh, others make me want to slap some parents.
I have these to contribute.
In our local bank a girl named Shelly married a guy whose last name was shelley.
My best friends sister is a teacher in Houston. Had a student several years ago named Shu theed, spelt s h i t h e a d. Pitiful
Have hear the name Penision. Have any of you ever heard of Iris Blue. She is a wonderful woman with a past she gives her testimony about. Anyway she married a man whose last name was Blue, they had a son and named him Denim.

I used to work with a girl named Khaki, who had a brother born on the fifth day of the fifth month and 5:55pm, named Quincy. I wish I could remember the sisters name...it was different. We also worked with a girl named Ebony.

I keep telling my husband if we ever have any children the boys name is going to be Radley. Needless to say he HATES it.
