I went to elementary school with a girl named Sunshine Honeybutter (I'm dead serious....how crazy!) and I went to high school with a girl whose last name was Swallows....she got married to a guy with the last name of Seaman...and kept her maiden name as her middle name (obviously she wasn't thinking!) Now she's Anna Swallows Seaman! That too, is for real. How funny!

Not a patient of mine but I was looking at an old yearbook once and there was a girl named Ima Pigg. I'm guessing that was short for Imagene. And a guy named Brian Big Meat. I laughed for hours over that one....
