I am sorry if this has already been asked

WHat is the pay scale for an RN just starting ?

Specializes in OB, lactation.
Does anyone know the pay for nurses in Florida? My mom lives in St. Pete, and I am currently in Illinois. I would like to be closer to her (plus live in sunny florida!!) How about Miami, or Ft. Lauderdale area?

According to another thread somewhere here on allnurses (don't remember it or I'd direct you to it)... I'd say base pay is around the same range being mentioned here ($18starting pay-$24average). Like someone else mentioned, you may find some listed on hospital websites' job opening pages.

PRN I make between 26$ and 35$/h. My facility implemented a plan to not use agency, and pay their PRN employees. So, I take advantage of that! Sometimes I can make as much as 15$ over base, (which is 26$/h.) Any shift over 3 in a month, and I get 100$ bonus pay.............:)

I am interning as a labor and delivery nurse and am making $22/hr w/o diff.

At my hospital new grads (most of which have associates degrees) start around $19-21/hr. Eve shift diff is $2 and nocs is $4.50.

in the phoenix, az area, new grad pay is about $20/hr.
