options for financing MSN

Hi, wondering if anyone has any experience with State Loan Repayment programs, or with the Nat'l Health Service Corps program? I am the sole breadwinner of a family of 4, and monthly expenses right now are about $4000. Trying to figure out how I could possibly afford to go back to school (preferably FT); seems that finding scholarships/grants + a program that offers a stipend is the way to go, but then will I get to pick which underserved community I will serve? Are the 2 years after graduating worth the $ I will save/receive during the program? Do they cover full tuiton + books + stipend?
(The graduate program I am looking at is a CNM/NP program.)
