Wondering what this has to do with pediatrics... you might try to OB/GYN forum... or Google.

It is very possible for a woman to have a child when she has endometriosis In many cases having a baby can suppress endometriosis symptoms all together but as another poster said it all depends on the severity of the adhesions.

Speaking from personal experience...yes. I was married young and had lots of kids close together. It's when I wasn't pregnant that the cells invaded and I had surgery to take it all out. So...it really depends.

Sometimes the answer is yes but not without a lot of medical intervention including surgeries, medications, and assisted reproductive technology such as IVF.

Even milder cases of endometriosis can cause fertility issues if the implants have affected or left scarring in the tubes or ovaries.

I'm sure hoping it's possible. I'd like some grandchildren...

I know for a fact it is possible. A friend of mine had endometriosis who has had two children in the last 2 years. She did tell me it took some time for her to get pregnant with her first child, and they even had some help, although I can't remember what it was, but for her 2nd child it took no time at all.

well that is comforting, but doesn't it all depend on how severe the endometriosis was?

It totally depends on the situation. I have endometriosis, and conceived my son on the first try.

Yes, severity and spread are factors. No one here can say what one's (or, I assume, YOUR) chances are.
